BioSynCare is developed by Aeterni Anima, an independent team working where audio engineering, neuroscience, software architecture, and digital wellness meet. We build structured cognitive-entrainment protocols rather than generic tone players.
Our mission is to make advanced neurosensory stimulation technology accessible worldwide through everyday devices — guided by science, integrity, and long-term practitioner experience. BioSynCare started as a non-profit initiative for health, well-being, vitality, and cognitive performance, and that founding purpose still drives everything we build.

BioSynCare is built to be scientifically grounded, transparent about limits, and mature in both technical architecture and sensory design. The goal is not novelty for its own sake, but trustworthy sessions people can inhabit, repeat, and benefit from over time.
Science-based by design
Established methods such as auditory entrainment and resonance-oriented breathing form the base. BSC-specific techniques are layered on top with clear boundaries instead of replacing the evidence base.
Transparent by default
BioSynCare grades presets by evidence strength, avoids diagnostic promises, and makes room for nuance where the literature is mixed. Transparent language is part of the product.
Aesthetic and technical maturity
A session has to be structurally sound, perceptually comfortable, and musically intentional. Technical correctness without usability is not enough.
What we build
BioSynCare is an audio-visual wellness platform that layers binaural beats, monaural beats, isochronic tones, guided breathing, and ambient soundscapes into structured cognitive-entrainment sessions. It includes proprietary techniques — Martigli waves, symmetry patterns, and multi-dimensional panning dynamics — alongside an AI agent (Seraphony) for personalized preset generation and synchronized rooms for shared session experiences.
How we work
We work at the intersection of engineering, psychophysiology research, sound composition, and public knowledge. Every preset in BioSynCare is mapped to an explicit evidence tier and tagged by modality, ensuring scientifically grounded design without overclaiming. Small team, high standards, careful language, open references where possible.
Our approach to entrainment
Most entrainment apps play isolated binaural beats or tones. BioSynCare takes a different path: cognitive entrainment. We coordinate audio, visual rhythm, breathing guidance, and deliberate timing structures so that sessions engage both the subcortical frequency-following response and the cortical attentional system simultaneously. This dual-layer model is what gives BioSynCare its distinctive depth.
Science and evidence
We build from peer-reviewed evidence, but we do not flatten the literature into marketing. Auditory entrainment, slow breathing, pain support, and attention outcomes all have meaningful support in published reviews; other areas remain more mixed or indirect. BioSynCare's response is practical: every preset is tagged by modality and evidence tier, so the public language stays aligned with what the literature can honestly support.
Open knowledge and mission-aligned support
We want BioSynCare's knowledge layer to stay as public and useful as possible: clear explanations, open references, and room for open-source contribution when that genuinely helps the mission. Because the project began from a public-benefit impulse, we are also open to mission-aligned partnerships, sponsorship, and donation support that expand access without diluting scientific and ethical standards.
20+ years of practitioner experience
Under Renato Fabbri's direction, BioSynCare draws on more than two decades of brainwave-entrainment and resonance-breathing practice, including hundreds of guided sessions with people around the world. That deep firsthand experience — across anxiety, sleep, pain, focus, mood, and general self-regulation — directly informs the platform's protocols alongside peer-reviewed research.
Well-being, vitality, and healthy aging
BioSynCare was founded to foster health, well-being, and vitality. Better autonomic regulation, lower chronic stress, steadier breathing, and better sleep are all part of that mission. We do not promise anti-aging or medical transformation. We do claim that the conditions BSC aims to cultivate are the same conditions the literature links to resilience, recovery, and healthier aging.

HRV and long-term resilience

Renato leads BioSynCare's product vision, systems architecture, and research direction. His public record includes an MSc in Applied Physics on the psychophysical description of music in digital audio, a PhD in Computational Physics, open-source systems work, and ongoing research interest in audiovisual entrainment and biofeedback. At BSC he turns that interdisciplinary background into one protocol architecture: evidence-aware, musically intentional, and tested in real guided use.

Riccardo leads much of BioSynCare's application implementation, product iteration, release handling, and day-to-day user support. He helps turn protocol ideas into stable product behavior across the app while contributing musical judgment to playback quality, session feel, and the small details that make the system more usable.
