BioSynCare – Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using BioSynCare (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Nature of the Service
BioSynCare provides audiovisual and respiratory guidance techniques aimed at supporting relaxation, focus, and general well-being. The App does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to your health.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under the age required in your country, you must have parental consent.
4. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features are available through paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple’s in-app purchase system to charge the applicable fee. All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by Apple under the App Store's terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content; use the App for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse engineer or harm the App infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, audiovisual content, protocols, text, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive property of BioSynCare or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Health and Safety Warning
BioSynCare involves sound and visual stimulation. Do not use the App while driving or in situations requiring full attention. If you have a history of epilepsy, seizures, or severe psychiatric conditions, consult a physician before using the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioSynCare and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
11. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.
